Our mission is to serve the community
Our board of directors is governed by a 9-member party overseeing the health care needs of its public by assuring high quality services are available in high quantity and consistent with economic and regulatory considerations.
To improve the delivery, organization and management of our health care services, Outreach Health Services, Inc. will:
- Develop and provide services to the public, which enhance efficiency in the provision of health care
- create and implement educational programs for the public and clinic related personnel
- Represent the community in all health care matters
