Certified Medical Examiner
Jerrica frazier is a mdot certified medical examiner. She has been a nurse practitioner since 2024 and a registered nurse for 10 years. Ms. Frazier has experience in primary and preventative care, chronic disease management, immunizations, health screenings, and weight management. She works at both our Shubuta and jasper locations
